A highly accomplished and results-driven professional with over 30 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence and Business Excellence. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing robust quality management systems. Adept at optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with Industry, National and International Standards.

He has held various very Senior Management positions in multinational corporations like Motorola, Flextronics, Bloom Energy, and NGOs like Akshayapatra Foundation to name few. He is well versed with various methodologies and concepts like Quality Management Systems (QMS), Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, Risk Management and Compliance, Strategic Planning and Execution, Leadership Team Development, Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management. Also he is a qualified Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Champion who got trained by Motorola University. Also a Lean Champion for Flextronics Industrial Park, Chennai.

He has extensive knowledge and hands-on implementation expertise in management systems like ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 22000, TS16949, and TL 9000. Implemented enterprise-wide initiatives like Total Quality Management, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, TPS, BCP, ROHS, CSER and many more. Mr. Muralidhar Pundla has also is highly exposed to global environment and has led cross-functional, multi-cultural teams, working with global customers in a multi-cultural environment.

Mr Pundla was also invited to deliver guest lectures by very prestigious educational institutions like lIM Bangalore, IT Delhi, Nirma University, Alliance University to name few. He also won ” 50 Most Impactful Quality Professionals Award ” from World Quality Congress. Harward Business School published a case study about the work he did in Akshayapatra Foundation. He also guided a Phd., work as a guide in Quality Management area in Birla Institue of Management, Bangalore.
