Dr. Srinivas M. K.
CEO & Innovation Ecosystem Leader

Dr. Srinivas M. K. is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He currently heads CPDMED TBI, a Technology Business Incubator focused on MedTech, Geriatric Care, Palliative Care, Public Health, Sustainability and Deep Technology, associated with the Department of Design and Manufacturing at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.
His professional journey spans over two decades, beginning as a Medical Practitioner and evolving through roles as a Healthcare IT Solutions Architect, Product Manager, Medical Device Validation Expert, Enterprise Agility Consultant and Innovation Ecosystem Leader. As a Strategy and Technology Business Advisor, he has mentored and advised more than 80 startups, industries and academic institutions across diverse technology domains, and strongly believes in the philosophy of Servant Leadership.

Dr. Vishal Rao
Member, Consultative Group – Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India
Government of India
Dr. Vishal Rao is the Group Director for Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and Robotic Surgery at HCG Cancer Centre, Bengaluru, and Dean for the Centre for Academic Research at HCG Academics. He is well experienced in managing both benign and malignant tumours of the thyroid, parotid and salivary glands.
He is an expert in performing complex neck surgeries including radical and modified neck dissections, carotid body surgery, and managing vascular and parapharyngeal space tumours, with a keen interest in cancer prevention and anti-tobacco programmes. He holds MBBS and MS qualifications, with specialty in Surgical Oncology.
